v1-1 quick fix

- fixed a couple 'fog of war' bug
- adjusted attack delay and throwing height
- added 'shake' move to 'C', to help with getting unstuck from walls
- added extra instruction signs
- added extra money pots
- fixed small miscellaneous bugs
